Hi all! BlueBluePrint PE PMP here. I was born and raised in the PNW, western WA to be moderately specific. Took the Civil Water Res & Env. PE in the height of covid (Oct 2020 - the postponed exam from April which was canceled right before the exam) and one of the last P&P exams before the CBT transition. I found the original EB forum while waiting the 8 grueling weeks before the test results were released. I work in wastewater treatment and conveyance for the county (a far cry from bridge design where I initially wanted to go). I also just recently obtained my PMP and currently work in project management, and expanding into the alternative delivery methods (aka Design-Build) with a new DB project. At home is me and my husband, and as many know my 3 dogs (mine, not my husband's, much to his dismay): Timber, Piper and Ollie. Timber & Piper are both Blue Heelers, and 2-year-old covid puppies. Ollie is a 10 yr old chihuahua mix who runs the house. You can find updates to the pups on The Pet Thread or follow them on Insta @adventures_of_timber_and_piper . Outside of work, family, and dogs, I enjoy hiking, photography, and traveling. Just sold our house and are looking to move east of the mountains for more sunshine, less people, less traffic, more land (for the doggos and my sanity). So... we are currently living in a newly acquired 41-ft 5th wheel trailer while we work to find just the right spot for our forever home.

BlueBluePrint PE PMP I see from your profile that you may be moving east of the cascades? Can I ask where seeing as how I am a native eastern/central washingtonian myself?

We are looking around the Ellensburg area. Close enough to Seattle that I can still get there for work when I need to, but far enough away that I can escape the madness.

Whereabouts are you located? Any areas we should avoid? I've heard to stay out of Yakima. That is good advice. Other than that, though, I've lived in a whole lot of places in that area...Wenatchee, Moses Lake, and Ephrata are all home to me. And I have no qualms with any of them (some aren't huge fans of Moses Lake, and I respect that, but I didn't mind it). I currently live in the southeastern part of the state, near the Oregon border.
